Vet Clinic, Ft. Carson, Colorado

Architecture • Engineering, under contract with Global Engineering and
Construction, LLC provided structural and electrical engineering for a
new Vet Clinic located in Ft. Carson, Colorado. Structural engineering
included drawings and calculations for the building foundation.
Electrical engineering included drawings and specifications for service
to the building, lighting, power, and special systems.
Toyota Center Parking Lot
Project consists of a 212-stall paved parking lot and drive lane. As
the first phase of the new Tri-Cities Convention Center project, the
parking lot is approximately 98,000 SF of asphalt paving with
landscaped islands and lights. The storm drainage system includes catch
basins and drywells. Also coordinating work with the City of Kennewick
and the electrical utility company.
Pittsburgh Street Extension to Steptoe, Kennewick, WA
Provided civil engineering for a 1,000-foot street extension with
cul-de-sac and temporary turn around. Met with the Client and City of
Kennewick to determine project requirements. Performed site inspections
to investigate existing conditions. Produced construction documents for
the new road and utilities. Developed a fair cost construction cost
estimate. Provided bidding services that included bid package
reproduction and distribution of construction documents. Responded to
contractor questions during the bidding phase and assisted the client
in selecting a successful bidder. Also provided construction
engineering and oversight of the project. Supplied final record
drawings of the project to the City.
